** You must know how the item is shipped. Some items are shipped in multiple boxes/cartons. Each of those boxes needs its own unique labels, represented by line items on this order screen.
Verify all information is accurate - Order Summary, Customer Information, Content and Service Level then click Book Order!
Accessorials (optional): select this if necessary. White Glove includes built-in insurance of the amount shown on the screenshot. You may increase if you wish, click on the Increase Coverage to do so.
The added cost will display under the level of service at the bottom right.
Please note that all approved claims are issued as credit to your account, not as a check.
Pre-Inspection: “Inspect Upon Arrival” means we will inspect items when they first arrive at our terminal. This option should be used for particularly fragile, sensitive merchandise or special orders. This is an extra cost, each item is charged separately.
After booking the order, Payment Tab will display. It is recommended that the order is paid at this time. If items arrive without payment, it will delay the scheduling process.

Order Confirmation page will display with Order ID generated by Grasshopper.
Take the time to review the order. Please use the BOLs and labels from Grasshopper and secure payment.
Ensure that order entry is performed before the item/s is/are shipped.
If an item does reach the warehouse without an order entered, it could be refused.
Please send the BOL and Labels from Grasshopper to the vendor if you are not the manufacturer or location of pick up.
